Jazmine Allen Graduates from Maryville University

Jazmine Allen of Maryland Heights graduated from Maryville University Saturday, May 4, during commencement ceremonies held in the Simon Athletics Center on campus. Allen earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Maryville's School of Health Professions.

Maryville University President Mark Lombardi conferred degrees during two commencement ceremonies. Anthony Thompson, founder and CEO of St. Louis-based Kwame Building Group, Inc., delivered the commencement address and received an honorary doctorate of humane letters from Maryville.

Maryville conferred 973 degrees, including more than 700 undergraduate degrees, nearly 200 master's degrees and more than 70 doctoral degrees.
