Megan Campbell of Fenton graduated from Maryville University Saturday, May 4, during commencement ceremonies held in the Simon Athletics Center on campus. Campbell earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Maryville's College of Arts and Sciences.
Maryville University President Mark Lombardi conferred degrees during two commencement ceremonies. Anthony Thompson, founder and CEO of St. Louis-based Kwame Building Group, Inc., delivered the commencement address and received an honorary doctorate of humane letters from Maryville.
Maryville conferred 973 degrees, including more than 700 undergraduate degrees, nearly 200 master's degrees and more than 70 doctoral degrees.
